Ramadan is just around the corner and in the lead up to it, we are organizing two special culinary workshops where you’ll learn to cook a delicious Iftar spread for your family, friends and loved ones. And while you are at it meet, mingle and dine-in with like-minded gourmands and aspiring chefs. Led by our in-house 5-star Sous Chef Rajender Singh and hosted by Nazia Amberene, a School of Culinary And Finishing Arts (SCAFA) certified professional, these workshops will introduce you to mouth-watering, traditional delicacies from Arabic and Indian cuisines. You’ll also learn a thing or two about healthy eating during Ramadan and take home our chef’s special recipes and tips and tricks that will give your cooking that 5-star flair. Even if you don’t observe Ramadan or prepare Iftars at home, this is a chance for all you food buffs out there to learn something new.
