Welcome back to Munch Mondays at Dunes Hotel Apartments – an enjoyable afternoon of learning, socializing and savouring freshly created Arabic, Continental and Chinese dishes from the new menu. Led by in-house Sous Chef Rajender Singh and hosted by Nazia Amberene, a School of Culinary And Finishing Arts (SCAFA) certified professional, this fun-filled series of workshops will take participants step-by-step through the process of preparing gourmet 3-course meals easy to try out at home.
Come learn, mingle and dine-in with like-minded gourmands and aspiring chefs.
